Support Groups

When you choose Ally, you join a community. Counselors work not just with you but with other members of the community, to build a network of people working together towards a healthier community. The space is provided for people experiencing difficulties to work out their issues in a supportive group psychotherapy environment.

Insurance

Out-of-Network:

We can work with you as an out-of-network provider. This means, if your insurance accepts out-of-network providers, you can submit a claim - that I will create for you - and they will pay a percentage of the cost for treatment (policies vary).

Private Pay

Our fee for a standard 60-minute psychotherapy session is $175. The initial session is $200.

Payment is due at the time of the session and can be payed by; cash, check or credit card.

If you miss a scheduled appointment and fail to contact provider you will be charged a $75.00 fee

(Cancellations should be done with at least 24 hours of notice.).

Sliding scale is an option.
