Ricardo Vacca is a Mental health counselor with a master's degree in clinical psychology and a certification in Trauma Therapy. He is experienced with working with adults providing psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, deficits relating to people, concentration and memory conflicts in couple relationships, attachment, mourning, addictive/gambling behaviors, sex, and work.
He uses psychotherapy techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral and Neuro-Linguistic Programming theories. In addition, Neurotic Cognitive Strategies to improve memory and concentration. Rational Emotive Therapy is also used to restructure thoughts and emotions for depression.

She specializes in working with individuals experiencing psychosis, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression.
