Our mission is to provide a high-quality level of customer service, mental health experience, and commitment to health and wellness to all patients. The goal is to make patients feel a better version of themselves, which tends to be lost due to diverse factors.
Experience
With over 10 years of experience, in different mental health settings, including; schools, non-profit and private practice, the counselors can create a custom plan that's right for you. Our counselors are trained in EMDR, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders and Perinatal Loss & Grief, amoungst others.

The counselors understand how important it is to have the most effective ways to take care of your body, mind and soul so that you can feel better. Not only will you be able to work on your current symptoms, but also work to prevent future inability to cope with distress by learning personalized coping mechanisms.
